The Motorpoint team head to Blackpool this weekend for the last of this year’s Nocturnes.
After two weeks of solid race racing on the continent, the Tour Series winners are looking forward to putting on a spectacular show around the fast-flowing 900 metre circuit – which is based close to the Winter Gardens.
Ed Clancy returns to the seaside town looking for a second consecutive win, after storming to victory in impressive fashion last year in Team Halfords colours.
The competition is expected to be fierce with Rapha Condor Sharp, Sigma, Kuota-Road and Cyclepremier.com Metaltek all fielding strong squads. What’s more, former Tour de France stage winner Rubens Bertogliati is expected to be competing. The race starts at 8.45pm.
