The Motorpoint pro-cycling team is set to go all out to win the final round of the Halfords Tour Series tonight in Woking.
In a nail biting climax to the Series, only two points separate Motorpoint and Endura Racing – making this year the closest since the Tour Series was launched.
However, the team are leaving nothing to chance, after Endura Racing enjoyed a 1-2-3 on Monday night in Chester, and are determined to go on the front foot from the off in the decider in Surrey.
Says Keith Lambert, Team Manager: “We were positive in Stoke and the other night, but we certainly can’t allow Endura to go up the road again. We need to go out and win it. If you start sitting out to defend it, thinking of the many different permutations, you will lose it.”
