The Motorpoint boys once again did their country proud – this time in the 45th Cintron Tour of Majorca.
Olympic and World Champion Ed Clancy MBE together with Ian Bibby and Pete Williams rode in their national colours during the four-day event, which took in much of the eastern side of the popular holiday island.
After setting the pace on Day One in the Time Trial, the guys were once again in the thick of things on Day Two in Port de Pollenca and Day Three in Palma before leading the main group for the majority of the 95-mile course on Day Four which went from S’Arenal and ended in Llucmajor.
Overall, the Motorpoint riders were rewarded with a Time Trial for Ian Bibby and three Top 10 finishes for Ed Clancy, Steven Burke and Pete Williams (pictured left) with Jonny McEvoy not far behind - the perfect end to another memorable weekend for the pro-team.
