The Motorpoint team heads to the North West for the Colne Grand Prix in the sixth round of the National Circuit Race Series.
Over 3,000 spectators are expected to line the streets of the historic market town of Colne for a frenetic race around the town’s one-way system.
Held over 60 laps of an 800-metre circuit that starts and finishes outside the library on Market Street.
For Motorpoint’s local lad Steve Burke it will be a welcome chance to compete in front of his home crowd. The winner of a bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the 22-year old is hoping the team will make their mark following an overall win in the Halfords Tour Series.
