Motorpoint takes to Aintree Racecourse this Saturday for the 49^th Eddie Soens Memorial Race.

Following on from his first Premier Calendar win of the season last year, Olympic Gold Medallist Ed Clancy will be aiming to take pole position on the podium for Motorpoint. Joining him will be Jonny McEvoy, Steven Burke, Andy Tennant and Lee Davies.

In memory of the legendary coach, the event attracts a large field of riders and usually ends up a hotly contested sprint finish. The 50-mile pan flat course covers 30 laps.

Fresh from its success at Revolution 28 and Clayton Velo last weekend, the team has high hopes that this will be another winning weekend!
